Dukan – Day 248 – I DID IT :)

Sunday was PV (Protein/Veggie) Day πŸ˜€

Daily Weight Loss: 0.9 lb/0.44 kg
Total Weight Loss: 90.2 lbs/41.01 kgs

So in 8 months and 3 days I’ve reached Dr. Dukan’s True Weight for me.
I also COMPLETED COUCH 2 5 KΒ last night. So I reached TWO goals in less than 12 hours! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

Breakfast: Bacon and egg omelet with bran
Lunch: Green salad with grilled chicken breast
Dinner: Ground beef, onions and mushrooms cooked Vietnamese lemongrass sauce. YUM!

2.15 mile mountain hike in the morning
3.11 mile run in the evening

I wanted to upload a couple pics, but the internet here in China is NOT cooperating 😦 I’ll see if I can upload them directly from my iPhone…

Bigger and better update coming soon with lots of before and after pics from the past year… should be fun!

    WOOOOO YOU!!! What a way to rock the Dukan, rock the Dukan. Total weight loss of 90.4# AMAZING. I never doubted you would get there and feel a real sense of joy for you as well as awe for the blessing of watching it happen right before my very eyes. Not some smoke and mirrors before/after pic trying to sell snake oil. I am SO proud of you πŸ™‚ So doubt the C25K was instrumental in your acheiving this goal as well… What a powerful reminder to us all that where we put our attention makes ALL the difference!

  7. Great job! My weight loss seems to have slowed down although I haven’t cheated. My only thought is the exercise piece. I have but not as much or as intensely as I think I should be. You seem to exercise a lot and lose pretty much every day and that’s definitely what I am looking for.

    • Hi Sherri! I do all the MUSTS everyday…
      You MUST weigh yourself everyday
      You MUST drink a minimum of 1.5 liters of water each day (the more you drink, the more you lose)
      You MUST exercise, even just walk for 30 minutes a day
      You MUST take 2 Tbs of bran per day

      I find if you leave out just one of the MUSTS it throws everything off.

      I bet if you just made sure you get a 30 minute walk in each day, the weight would slide off!
