Dukan – Day 206 – Getting there

Monday was a PP day.

Daily weight loss: 0.4 lb/0.20 kg
Total weight loss: 77 lb/35.01 kg

Breakfast: 2 Tea Eggs, cup of coffee, 500mL water
Lunch: 2 Tea Eggs, 3 slices of deli ham (make sure you check the carb count on the back!) 700mL water
Snack: 1 Tea Egg, 500mL water
Early Dinner: 4 oz. steak (cubed) stir-fried with 1/2 onion and 5 smashed garlic and Italian seasonings, 500mL water, cup of tea
Late Snack: 2 eggs, scrambled with a teeny bit of onion, a splash of FF milk, & 2 Tbs. flax seed meal, 200mL water and a cup of Kava tea.

**Just want to note again… I usually only eat the yolk from my first Tea Egg in the morning, the rest of the time I toss it and only eat the whites. I did eat the yolk of my late snack eggs.

My legs are kind of achy from the mountain hike yesterday, so I did a 2.5 mile walk instead of a run.

It was a good day, the sun shone through the pollution all day long, everyone’s mood seemed better 😀

  1. 77lbs gone! Great achievement Sandi. How far to your true weight now? Are you stopping Cruise when you get to your true weight or do you have a different end point? Glad the sun’s shining a little for you xoxo

    • OMG… I’ve been saying 76 lbs all day and it’s 77!!! LOL. Well, my “true weight” is 13 lbs from now, and that is 165, but I think I want to go to 155 lb. On the original questionnaire, way back in August when seeing what your true weight is, I said I thought I should be 145, Dr. Dukan says True Weight is 165, so I’m going to compromise in the middle. I don’t think that’s unreasonable. But I can’t believe I’m 13 pounds from weight 90 pounds less… how wild is that~!?!?

      • It is amazing and boy do you deserve it! You did the same as me then with regard to true weight, I said 147, my true weight was 180.84, I comprimised and said 161, but the further I get the more I question my comprimise (think Im trying to run before I can walk!!!) Im trying to content myself by saying, I’ll see how I feel when I get there (161). See how many extra bits Im left with!!!! Not too many I pray……… LOL. xoxo

      • It’s the extra bits I worry about, but they seem to be doing better with the running, walking, yoga and now gym work outs… at 48 it’s a bit harder to get the bits where they need to be… LOL

    • I think its the whole having kids thing!!!! I would say they do wonders for your figure but I would be lying! LOL.
      Even worse for me as I was huge and then huge & pregnant, I sometimes dread to think what I will look like when I get to goal weight!!!! C’est la vie! xoxo
