Dukan – Consolidation Day 330

Friday was a travel south day. I went to my friend Janice’s to help her out with some office stuff and to get filled up on friendship. I love hanging out with her. I got a lot of work done.

I also chatted via IM with Cathy and we’re going on a conference cruise next February. I’m DUPER excited about that. It will be our 3rd cruise together.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, bacon and coffee
Lunch: shredded pork and a handful of jalapeño cheese cubes
Snack: Cottage cheese with flaxseed meal
Dinner: Arabic food: mixed grill (chicken, lamb, filet Mignon) Yummy dinner!

Then home at 11 pm and to bed.

Weight, same as yesterday 168. My friend Cathy is pulling ahead!

  1. Dukan does work doesnt it!? I am back on it today, do you think I should eat low fat dairy, or try to avoid too much full fat? I know the rules but I also know the other thing-fat is good for you! dilemma haha!! good on you for losing some of the extra lbs so quickly!

    • Hey there, girlie!! So good to see you. I see your post in my inbox, going to read it in a minute… I think for the losing weight part, low fat is the way to go. I think one of my increased weight issues is that I was eating too much good fat, while eating replacement foods. I’m doing FF and low fat right now, while knocking off these extra pounds. xoxoxo
