Dukan Day 133… PV day, no weight change. Happy New Year, Everyone!
I thought about doing a wrap-up post, but you know what… The past is the past, I’m going to leave it there… All in all I had an amazing year, visiting with friends and family, reconnecting with old friends, holidaying with friends and chatting endless hours on Skype (thanks to Cathy!).
This post will be all about my posts last year! Hot off the ‘word’ press, my stats for my blog in 2011. To start, I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has stopped by to read and a BIG thank you to those that comment. Your words all mean so much to me! In the next few days, my blog will have over 11,000 hits, which isn’t a lot compared to some blogs I read, but it is for me. π
I would also encourage you to read the blogs of others. I am currently following 19 blogs. Most of them arrive in my email inbox and I click on the link to read on their site. I usually either “Like” it or leave a comment… I know how much those comments and “Likes” mean to me!
So, here is the summary of my blog 2011:

Congrats on the success of your blog! You can’t fail to be moved and intrigued when someone opens their heart to you, even though you may be strangers and thousands of miles apart. Empathy – one of the many fantastic qualities we humans possess. Your lunch is making me hungry! Looks yummy : )
Thanks, Sonia! I’m glad you are enjoying my blog π You can see where I made them take the fries away off my plate. Not that I would be tempted, but I didn’t want them there… that and the bread π I look forward to your continued success!
What a great start for a new year. That food looks great and the flag put the finishing touch to your pic. Now I;m off to Paula’a for black eyed peas, cabbage and ham hocks. Happy New Year. Love Mom.
I enjoy your blog because of your adventures. And because of your accomplishments under such difficult conditions. That includes not only your diet but your work.
Looking forward to the new year. Best in 2012. It is going to be a great year.
Thanks, Kathy… I’m competitive, so the difficulties of this diet while living in a country that eats mainly rice, has been a fun challenge π I’m so glad you enjoy my blog! I enjoy your comments!
Neat post! Great new banner pic too!
