Dukan – Day 112

Friday was a PP DAY.
DAILY WEIGHT LOSS: 0.4 lb/0.2 kg

I’m on my iPad and it isn’t letting me see what I’m typing 😀
So, I’m in Shanghai for the weekend with Lucy, brought the scale and will send updates!
