Was hoping to be down 40 pounds today, but alas, the body says no 🙂 no worries!
Breakfast: 2 tea eggs, water, coffee
Lunch: beef with cilantro
Dinner: steak, onion, garlic stems and LF cottage cheese
Didn’t get my bran in, but got nearly 2 liters of water in. I’m sleeping VERY well, which is awesome.
Short blog, as I’m getting ready to go to the art store with my assistant Kitty. I feel some painting coming on 🙂

As you asked, I have just posted a Zucchini Thick soup recipe, Dukan friendly, with light laughing cow cheese as a dukan tolerated ingredient, but it’s optional! gives it a creamier and tastier touch, though!
