Dukan – Day 69

Friday was a PV day
Daily weight loss: -0.7 lb/-0.3 kg
Total weight loss: 39.2 lb/17.81 kg

Hmmmmmm, don’t know where the gain came from, but moving forward. I did start the Couch to 5K program this week (an app that has you go from sedintary (which I’m not) to being able to run a 5K in a few months), and I’m doing yoga, as well. I’m feeling great and seeing changes that I’m very happy about that.

Edited in evening to include what I ate yesterday since I got 2 emails from people asking… Lol.
Breakfast: 2 tea eggs, water
Lunch: sliced beef and garlic stems
Dinner: veal and cucumber
Snack: pot of FF Greek yogurt with bran and Splenda and a sprinkle of cinnamon… Yum!

  1. I love that picture. You have a well defined waist and you look great.

    You know where the weight gain and where it is. A pee away from a pound. Your cells just want to hug that water. Keep up the good work.

    Can not get over that picture. You do need one from the back as well. Have you measured yourself yet.

    • Thanks, Kath πŸ™‚ The only measuring I’ve done is my waist… it’s 7 inches down! Funny you would ask, because I measured it this morning. Going to drink lots of water and watch my salt intake today… it’s tough… I’m in the world capital for MSG!!! LOL. I’ll take a rear photo in a couple weeks πŸ˜€ I’m off to Thailand in 10 days, there will be lots of pictures then!
