Total weight loss: 39.8 lb/18.11 kg
Back on the downslide 🙂 I guess eating all that yummy food I posted yesterday I whooshed again. I swear by the water and the bran! You MUST, MUST do both each day to have continued success. That and the walking, which I’m getting plenty of that in.
I realized yesterday that I’m taking the stairs more and more and my poor knees aren’t yelling at me as much. My lungs aren’t either! Additionally, I started a program that’s been an app on my iPhone for 2 years, ignored 🙂 it’s called Couch to 5K and you are suppose to be able to run a 5K at the end of 9 weeks. My friend Connie, who is the same age has inspired me. She ran a half marathon this past weekend. We’re the same age… I’ll keep you posted on the progress.
Well, need to get ready for work, while my friends at home wind down their day and my friends in Europe and the UAE are still blissfully sleeping… I hope everyone has a magnificent Friday!!!

Seriously your weight loss is amazing, its just dropping off! I am back on form this week after last weekends partying and have managed to lose 3lb straight off after doing a few pp days. Unfortunately have tonsilitis now meaning hardly eating anything, no walking as i feel so rubbish so its all stabilised again. Oh well onwards and upwards, i am very jealous of just how great you are doing 🙂 and am trying to keep in the back of my mind that i am 20lb lighter than when i cam back from the UK at the end of August 🙂

I’m confused. Is whooshing bad. If so I’m I encouraged you lat week.Please correct me if I’m wrong.. Keep up what your doing and the end result will be out of this world.
