Dukan – Day 67

Well, like my Dukan buddy Kath, no loss, no gain.. I’m cool with that 🙂

I want to share 2 pics from food this week to show you that dining Dukan can be yummy! Both meals are PP ( pure protein) meals.

Lunch of beef and spicy tofu. Yum!

And dinner… Talapia, onions, garlic stems and cottage cheese (low fat).

I’m satisfied, and usually can’t finish my 9″ plate of food!
