Today was a PP Day
Daily Loss: 0.3 lb/0.14 kg
Total Loss: 16.6 lb/7.55 kg
Wt. to go: 93.4 lb/42.5 kg
Small weight loss from yesterday to today, but it’s a loss, and that’s all that matters. Still a bit knackered from the 28 hours of no sleep, but recovering.
Food today:
Breakfast: Yogurt w/ splenda and oat bran
Lunch: about 5 oz. of sliced roast beef, WAY over cooked 😦
Dinner: Chicken and shrimp stir-fried in a teeny amount of olive oil with a whole onion cut into wedges and lots of rosemary and pepper and a wee bit of salt.
No time for snacks today. Meetings at work all morning until lunch, then the media came for interviews about the birth and information on water birth and then another meeting in the afternoon.
I did get my water in and my other drinks were 2 coffees and a diet coke. I took a nice long walk tonight, picking up my pace with the sound track from G.I. Jane… kick ass sound track!
Now off to bed to start it all over again tomorrow!
Ciao!
You will occasionally have days with small wt loss…No problem…It will all add up in the long haul… Take it from me I know…Your doing fine…
Thanks, Mom! xoxoxo
So day 4 of attack, so looking forward to a salad tomorrow! Total weight loss in 3 days 4lb…thats cool with me. Felt really yuk yesterday with lightheadedness but sure that and the tiny amount of weight loss this morning (0.2lbs) is because i never ate enough) so onwards and upwards….keep it up you are doing fab 🙂
Woo hoo!!!! You go girl! You are going to be amazed and amazing!
Hi
How long have you been in Dubai? Visited twice nice place. Did you go there with your work? I lived in Bahrain years ago- went with husband.
Hi Sue! I’ve been here for nearly 3 years, which boggles my mind!!
im gonna look up that soundtrack. im trying to fill my waterproof mp3 player with some faster tracks so i swim fast in intervals with a slower track in between. hope you slept well – sleep is sooo important for weight loss its going to be challenging for you if you have to work nights and 28hours straight on a regular basis – sound sliek you have a great job though – think of us here in leafy England in not so rewarding primary care!!
The soundtrack gives me the push to walk a bit faster and a bit farther! I was just thinking about waterproof mp3 players yesterday. I’ll have to see if I can find one here in the desert!
