I make it a habit to go to bed at 10 and get up at 6. I think it’s made a significant impact on the 111 lbs I’ve lost. I rarely sleep to the alarm, I wake up refreshed and ready for my day!

Interesting…
I have been dosing myself with Melatonin every night for the last 2 weeks, and it’s had a pretty good effect not only on my weight loss but on my ability to resist. The other thing that’s helping is this podcast I’ve bee listening to – check out Inside Out Weight Loss – Renee is amazing! 🙂
Awesome, Charlotte, thanks for the podcast referral 🙂 hope this finds you well!
Shared her link. Also I sent you an e-mail to read. Sent it to Jenni,Tiff and Nan also in hopes they might want to try. Wanted you opinion and that you could pass on to them.

Sandi,
Oh thank you for this post. In recent years I’ve been notorious for getting very little sleep, going to bed at might night or later & getting up at 5 in order to be at work on time. I’ve trudged through each day on caffeine and sheer will power.
Recently, I’d gone to bed at 9:00 or 9:30, waking just before 6. I felt absolutely wonderful and had unlimited energy. Last night, I got sidetracked & got less sleep. Today I feel yucky (a very familiar state for me).
With the contrast between the way I felt after plenty of sleep and today, I have made a vow to go to bed earlier when I return home. Let’s see if I stick to it.
I hope you are having a wonderful day.

It is amazing how much better you feel after a solid night’s sleep! I’m having a pretty good day after celebrating Bastille Day last night. Even though I went to bed a little later than usual, I was able to sleep in and make up for it 🙂 I hope you’re also having an amazing day!
