Today was a PP Day.
Daily Weight Loss: 0.9 lb/0.40 kg
Total Wight Loss: 30.4 lb/13.81 kg
30 pounds!!! I couldn’t be more pleased! This program is really working for me!
Just a little bit about my daily routine. I work 0.9 miles (1.5 kms) from where I live. Every single morning for the last couple of weeks I’ve walked to and from work. I’ve been doing a brisk walk, getting my heart rate into the 140’s.
This morning I started a thrice weekly cardio/core body class… at 630 a.m.!!! So, I got up, went to class, was able to do about 40% of the stuff in the class and then walked home, listening to the soundtrack of GI Jane. Demi inspires me 🙂
I’m giving a lecture this afternoon, so I’ll walk back to work and home again. Nearly 4 miles of walking + a cardio/core workout… Hope my body doesn’t get mad at me!
What have YOU done for exercise this week?
Ciao!
30 pounds lost is amazing — congrats!! 🙂
Ah, your exercise routine puts me to shame…I really need to get moving…
Thanks, Vicki! It’s only been 3 hours and my body is already telling me how unhappy it is that I made it work so hard this morning 🙂 Oh well, she and I have been at odds before… Sometimes my body wins, but this time I’M GOING TO WIN 🙂
I’ve been trying to add a bit of weight training into my day… it works well until I get too busy with the kids. Why is exercise the first thing to go??? Well done on 30 pounds lost!!
Most days all I get in is the 30 minute walk, but I make sure I do it! The few days I haven’t, I had little or no weightloss. Now that I’m down 30 pounds, I thought it was time
to add a little weight training… my muscles are not happy right now 🙂
Thirty pounds !!!! Fantastic!!! ❤ Mom
30lbs is brill!!! i need to get into some kind of exercise on a daily basis. the only thing ive stuck to for a few weeks is my tuesday morning swim before work. when i get over this stupid cold i will knuckle down and use you for inspiration – well done again!
Thanks, LMC! I’d love to swim, but no facilities! Do feel better… no fun feeling yucky!!!
You inspire me. I wish you could kick my ass to exercise though 😉
xoxoxoxo
Great job!
Thanks, Dani!
Wow, you are doing great. Keep up the great work. You are amazing, Just amazing. It is tough. It still is one day at a time, one pound at a time. Every day starts fresh.
Hang in there.
Thanks, Kath! Your enthusiasm is awesome!
