Had a very productive day, got lots of stuff done, showed some newbies to Al Ain around the city, went to Bawadi Mall, had lunch (protein only!) at a Brit pub and did a couple of loads of laundry! SO MUCH ENERGY!
Most exciting… I LOST 10 POUNDS! 10 POUNDS!!!!! As of this morning’s weigh in! AND… I’ve lost a full point on the BMI!
Breakfast: 2 eggs, coffee, water
Mid-morning snack: 2 slices turkey breast, water
Lunch at the Hilton: 2 fried eggs (no oil or butter!), bacon and sausage, diet coke
Mid-afternoon snack: water
Dinner: Stir fried pork with onions and garlic and a pot of yogurt with 1.5 TBS oat bran and 1 tsp of Splenda.
Have lots of energy now and still in ketosis!
