Wow…what a great post and he is a very articulate writer. So sorry this is the first time that I have read a post of his. You are both so right about no excuses….no matter how busy we are we can always make time for the things that are truly important. I have to constantly remind myself that I am no good to anyone else if I am not good to myself first. Thank you for sharing and for being such a great inspiration!
