Dukan – Day 256 – Slip Slidin’ Away

Monday was a PV Day πŸ™‚

Daily weight loss: 1.0 lb/0.44 kg
Total weight loss: 91.6 lb/41.65 kg
8.4 lbs to go to reach my goal weight!

Breakfast: 2 tea eggs
Lunch: 2 slices ham & baby bell cheddar round
Dinner: 2 pork chops with onion, bell peppers and mushrooms
Snack: pot of FF Greek yogurt with bran and Splenda

Worked today. Office stuff. My surgery was rescheduled on my request to next week because Saturday is International Midwives Day and I’m planning a celebration at the hospital with the marketing Dept.

Exercise:
1 mile walk to work
1 mile walk home
1.2 mile walk to mall to buy two massive suitcases
1.2 mile walk home from mall dragging said massive suitcases
25 minute run, didn’t set GPS, but I think I got enough exercise in, LOL

I am finally feeling “normal” sized. I am in size 10 pants and medium tops. It’s a good feeling. 8 pounds to go. How awesome is that?

Nothing better than spending a half hour cuddling a newborn. I get PAID to do this πŸ˜€

    • Aw, thanks, Christy. I am definitely blessed! I’m glad others find encouragement from my posts πŸ™‚
      I started writing these posts in August for encouragement from family and friends and mostly to hold myself accountable. It is much more than that! I have found so many amazing blogs (like yours) and new friends and lots of inspiration from others. A year ago I followed just one blog!
      From your blog I get lots of info on staying away from wheat and WHY I should and nearly daily biblical inspiration πŸ™‚ Thank you!

  3. I cannot say enough how absolutely fantastic you are (and look). You must be so proud of yourself and i am proud of you. I need to somehow this year see you in the flesh to believe it πŸ™‚ Still waiting on the stupid Corniche but as soon as i start i am going to get my life back in order and back on track and you are my inspiration. I have put on 10lbs in the last 4 months since Christmas and am so angry with myself and all my new clothes are getting tight. Really needed a kick up the butt and seeing your blog and progress and how near your trget you are today has just given me it. You go girl!

    • Funny how long it takes for a hospital you worked for already to approve you to come back… sheesh!!!
      You can get back on the saddle… I know you’ve just come back from a trip home with a cold… once that’s cleared up, ease back into Dukan.
      I’m sure we’ll see each other at some point this year… I’ll PM you with some news πŸ˜€
