I was going to start the Cruise phase today, but I decided to give it two more days of the Attack Phase. I’m sailing along, and happy with how things are going. I was out of town for 3 days and didn’t go off the program at all 🙂
Breakfast: 2 hard fried eggs (no oil or butter used). 2 beef sausage links and 3 slices of turkey bacon.
Lunch: 2 slices of turkey, 2 boiled eggs
Dinner: Shrimp sauteed in a teeny bit of oil and onions.
Snack: Yogurt with splenda and oat bran
Drinking lots of water, meeting my 1.5 liters + per day and then a couple of diet cokes and a cup of coffee… Here’s the updated ticker 😀 11.5 pounds in 10 days… WOOT!
