I was going to start the Cruise phase today, but I decided to give it two more days of the Attack Phase. I’m sailing along, and happy with how things are going. I was out of town for 3 days and didn’t go off the program at all 🙂
Breakfast: 2 hard fried eggs (no oil or butter used). 2 beef sausage links and 3 slices of turkey bacon.
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: 2 slices of turkey, 2 boiled eggs
Dinner: Shrimp sauteed in a teeny bit of oil and onions.
Snack: Yogurt with splenda and oat bran
Drinking lots of water, meeting my 1.5 liters + per day and then a couple of diet cokes and a cup of coffee… Here’s the updated ticker 😀 11.5 pounds in 10 days… WOOT!
Watching you daily and know you will succeed. The little train made it up the mountain and You will make it too. ❤
That is fabulous! Have bought the book and the recipe book and tomorrow will go shopping for all the needed ingredients and will clear out my cupboards of crap. Been on the treadmill 3 days running and Sunday is D Day! LOL…I am so up for this!
