  1. Mmmm… I have a whole stack of playlists, labelled Fave Funky Walking, Spring walking, Summer walking etc (ie when I made them) as well as a loooooong playlist of tunes around 130bpm that I can mix and match from.

    Firework – Katy Perry
    Loveshack – B52s
    Evacuate the Dancefloor – Cascada
    Filthy/Gorgeous – Scissor Sisters
    Mercy – Duffy
Let’s get Loud – Jennifer Lopez
    Canned Heat – Jamiroquai
    Remedy – Little Boots
Love It When You Call – The Feeling
    Pride – Joanna
Shake your Groove Thing – Peaches & Herb
    YMCA – Village People
Get the Party Started – Pink
I Gotta Feeling – Black Eyed Peas
I love the Night Life – Alicia Bridges (good for a slow cooldown, as it’s a little slower at 124bpm)
    Sound Memory – September
It’s Raining Men – Weather Girls (pretty fast for walking…)

That’s probably my core list. There’s a lot more Cascada and September in my extended list, just because they both have a lot of cool house tunes at 130bpm or so. :)

    • Woo HOO! Now those are some songs! I’m now downloading:
      It’s Raining Men
      I’ve Gotta Feeling
      Evacuate the Dancefloor

Thanks for some AWESOME suggestions :)

  2. Wow, songs that get me moving at the gym…
    Stronger – Kelly Clarkson
    Never Again – Kelly Clarkson
You and Your Hand – Pink
    It’s Not Over – Daughtry
Don’t you (forget about me) – Simple Minds
    Bittersweet Symphony – The Verve
Interstate Love Song – Stone Temple Pilots
Fight the Good Fight (Live) – Triumph
    Rockstar – Nickleback

These get me through the treadmill…
