Was hoping to be down 40 pounds today, but alas, the body says no no worries!
Breakfast: 2 tea eggs, water, coffee
Lunch: beef with cilantro
Dinner: steak, onion, garlic stems and LF cottage cheese
Didn’t get my bran in, but got nearly 2 liters of water in. I’m sleeping VERY well, which is awesome.
